The City of West Hollywood’s bike share program, WeHo Pedals, is celebrating Pride. A limited number of WeHo Pedals bicycles have been converted into #PrideBike bicycles throughout the month of June. They have been decorated with rainbow hearts and carry the message #PrideBike to mark LGBTQ Pride festivities.
Community members are encouraged to keep an eye out for #PrideBike WeHo Pedals bicycles. Hop on and post a selfie with any #PrideBike using any major social media platform with the hashtag and automatically be entered for a chance to win an annual WeHo Pedals membership — #PrideBike is part scavenger hunt, part contest, part rainbow pride, and all fun.

Have questions about our bike share system?
Join us for an upcoming Bike Share Basics class!
Sponsored by CycleHop and presented by non-profit cycling program Sustainable Streets, WeHo Pedals Bike Share Basics classes are free, open to the public, and aimed at getting you road-ready. This fun, hands-on experience aims to educate and encourage community members to use the bike share system as informed, safe, and lawful cyclists. During the two-hour workshop, participants will learn how to unlock, adjust, and use all of the features of a WeHo Pedals bicycle while practicing safe riding skills.
All participants will receive a free helmet. Space is limited to maximum of 15 participants. Walk-Ups will not be accommodated.
For more information, and to reserve your place in the workshop, visit: https://www.flipcause.com/widget/event/OTQ3NQ==/3838
Our goal is to make bike share affordable for all members of our community. To make WeHo Pedals accessible for people in low-income households, we now offer reduced membership pricing for West Hollywood residents who are 18 or older and live in an income qualifying household (restrictions apply for college students). Qualified applicants will receive an annual membership at the discounted rate of $7/month. This discount provides those in low-income households with the opportunity to make manageable monthly payments rather than the larger, upfront cost associated with the Annual Plan.
